Wegmans recalls popular chicken salad sold in 9 states due to ‘undeclared allergen,’ throw out ASAP

Wegmans recalled its popular chicken salad due to a potential undeclared egg allergen.
According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Wegmans recalled its Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken and Peanut Dressing that were assembled between Nov. 5-8, 2024, with sell-by dates of Nov. 7-10, 2024.
No illnesses or adverse reactions have been reported to date.
The affected products have a UPC code starting with 2-27306, and were sold in:
All recalled salads can be returned to a Wegmans location for a full refund, according to the grocer.
